9th Annual Unite For Sight Global Health and Innovation Conference
KILN students Amanda Barbosa (CSON’14) and Winnie Jean (CSON’14) participated in the 9th Annual Unite For Sight Global Health & Innovation Conference held at Yale University on April 20-21, 2012. It is the world’s leading global health conference and social entrepreneurship conference, and convenes professionals and students from various fields, including global health, international development, and social entrepreneurship. Students attended a variety of presentations regarding different areas of global health and learned about topics such as HIV/aids, childbirth, healthcare delivery strategies, and innovative ways to promote healthy behavior around the world.
